Huge portions nice friendly staff

This is an awesome place to eat. The service was great and it is always good when you see the manager working like a team member. Good team effort and awesome service

Disappointing visit. Five Guys is usually great, but this one is subpar. Burger was over cooked and dry. Milkshake was basically drinking chocolate milk. Service was slow. Seemed way understaffed. Expected much better.

Best burgers around.

The DoorDash hours are not accurate. You are allowed to order and then 25 mins later are told your order is cancelled. It's 2020 let's figure it out.

Fast and great service.

Too lazy to post their correct hours on google AND on their front door. My girlfriend and I wanted to go there for a quick bite to eat after we both worked all day just to see that it was closed. The manager counting at the register acted like he couldnt hear me when I tried to open the door then knocked. Had to knock multiple times just to see him roll his eyes at me, look at me like I'm inconveniencing him and hold up 8 fingers. Again, the front door and google didnt specify that the branch closes at 8.

Delicious fresh burgers fries simple n tasty never disappointed

Service was incredible. I went when the restaurant was packed for a Revolution game, but the staff was still as nice as my local Five Guys, and the wait wasn't too much longer than the local one either. Five Guys should be seriously proud of the level of customer service they can provide. If you have never been to one before, the food is made before your eyes, it tastes amazing, toppings are free (except cheese and bacon), you can drown in an order of small fries, and refills on soft drinks are free. Definitely check them out next game day

This restaurant is my preferred one. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The team is very attentive and the food they serve is so flavorful. I would always prefer to have a nice dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

The Five Guys at Patriot Place is the best Five Guys that I have had the pleasure of dining at. All are good, this one is better.

Classical Five Guys. Great burger, efficient service, good price... but losing stars for the cleanliness of the location; restroom were in horrible shape, and tables had not been cleaned in a while ... I am not too difficult with those usually but let’s just say I have seen much better Five Guys

Good for a quick burger and Cajun fries. Buns get soggy if you get too many toppings

Hamburgers are real good. What i don't like: I go to the register to get a hamburger and fries. Lady behind the counter says somethign like, "that will be 14 dollars" I almost threw up.Hamburger and fries should be like 7 bucks max. 14 dollars, what the hell son. Did Ray Krock himself flip my burger. Dang

The service was ok except for the unhappy cashier who acted as if she didn't want to be there. The food was excellent. The big problem is when you're sitting next to the windows abs people open the door the wind blows everything around.

They need to stop pressing down on their burgers and pressing all the juices out. My last two burgers have been dry. I used to love love love 5 Guys. Their spicy fries are to die for though!

A consistently good burger joint. Not a healthy option, but if you want flavorful burgers and copious amounts of fries, this is the place for you.

Love Five Guys. Last time just got single. Cooked to perfection. Usually get fries, which are incredible (cooked in peanut oil), but wasn't that hungry. You get a lot of fries. Good shakes too. And don't forget free peanuts while you wait for your order.

I like this place... my body doesn't. It's a fun place to visit, but my limit is about once a month.The bacon cheeseburger is a hit.The shakes are good.They have a fancy drink machine that makes custom drinks by adding flavors to your favorite sodas.

Newly remodeled. Very clean and if possible seems to taste better than it did before but has always been good.

I will always think of five guys when it comes to enjoy hamburgers.I dare you to compare with competitors, you will find this burgers are really good.

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this fine place. happy to tell that it was a astonishing evening and the restaurant was indeed the reason for that fruitful gathering. The stuff helped in a gorgeous way, the cuisine was extremely good and my friends were very delighted. We shall no dout come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

I went to the Five Guys Burgers by Gillette stadium while waiting for an event to start. The place was absolutely packed but the service was amazing. The crew that was working kept their cool, got everyone's orders out as fast as possible considering how many orders they had, were incredibly friendly, and the quality of the food didn't suffer just because they were slammed and trying to work fast.

Probably some of the nicest staff I ever encountered. It's so good to see fresh smiling faces as they cook some of my favorite food

Burgers great as usual. But the Green Ice Tea tasted like peach.

I used to think this was a great place 4 burgers and fries or even a grilled cheese. I dropped my score by 1 * because it's become more like a chain hamburger joint then what it used to be. Still good, unfortunately not great anymore. The fries are my favorite along with a great grilled cheese.

Good burgers... Great fries! I really go for the fries. The thicker cut makes a huge difference and they're fresh! You can see them cutting them...no preprocessed cardboard fries here.

Meh. My bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon. So basically I had a cheeseburger, which was good. Fries were burn and/or I was given the bottom of the barrel variety. Tossed most of it.

This was the first Five Guys I ever went to. It was when I was going to my first (and so far only) Pats game, the AFC Champoonship game against the Indianapolis Colts on January 18th, 2015. I distinctly remember enjoying a damn good burger while watching the NFC Championship sitting in my dad’s pickup truck.

Closed, lock on door, all the windows were covered up for renivations. Doesnt say this on their website at all . Went to eat there for lunch wnded up going to walepole for food

Decent food, but it was lacking in....something. Cant quite put my finger on it. A little dry, but that can ve fixed with sauces. Simultaneously, everything is very peanut greasy.

This place has never failed to satisfy me. They serve gererous portions, load burgers and dogs any way you want with fresh toppings, and fries,oh those fries! You definitely get what you pay for. Go once and you'll be back!
